SharePoint Discussion Board Last Posted By

I have a discussion board with lots of entries in the SharePoint. In Subject view I need to show the name of the person who replied the last. How can I achieve this?

Any suggestion/direction is appreciated.

Unfortunately this isn't possible with the built-in SharePoint 2007 discussion boards.  We (the company I work for) use a third-party add-on to SharePoint for discussion boards called Social Squared by Lightning Tools: http://lightningtools.com/social-squared/default.aspx.  This add-on offers the type of functionality you would expect in a traditional discussion board.
