how to check who book the meeting room in Outlook 2010

I find the inforation as below. However, it did not tell how to check who book the meeting room in Outlook 2010.

How do we achive this using Outlook 2010?

Add owner permission of the room-mailbox to another user (userA)
from the userA's Outlook profile;
Open the resource mailbox (as additional mailbox)
change the "Calendar" permissions for Default from NONE to Reviewer

>> By default e2k7 has got the -AddOrganizerToSubject as TRUE

so from the free/busy information we can see who is the Organizer for the meeting placed/occupied @ room resource
