How to Refresh dev rac database from prod rac database using RMAN

Please give me step by step commands how to Refresh my dev rac database from prod rac database using RMAN. Prod RAC databse is on IBM AIX with GPFS using on 2 nodes and smilar setup is of dev RAC environment.
