I'm looking for a whitepaper or a set of instructions for presenting or attaching EMC FC LUN's to a Windows 2008 R2 server.

You can download the Procedure Generator from PowerLink: http://powerlink.emc.com. You install the procedure generator on your PC and it produces a customised document for the specific CLARiiON array and host operating system. Follow the bouncing ball and you can't go wrong.
