Using Hunt Groups in CallManager 4.1.3

I have Hunt Groups set up in CallManager 4.1.3, however, when callers are routed through the extension number contained withing the group, if the call is not answered, one of a couple things happen...1.  The caller received a fast busy, 2.  The caller reached Unity Connection voice mail, but the system does not recognize the number that was passed, so the call never receives a personal greeting.  This occurs on outside calls, if the calls are dialed directly from an inside caller, they complete fine to voice mail.  How can I correct this?

This was a solution that I have deployed many times on a traditional PBX, but was dissappointed when I originally sought help on my situation and was advised that this was not an option on CallManager/Unity Connection.  I should have tried this option regardless of what support provided, but didn't think any more about it.  While this was not exactly the solution I deployed, understand this as an option did lead me to a solution that worked very well...something our support folks could not figure out.  Thank you
