It looks to me as if you are trying to share a calendar that is not yours. This is the nishit dani calendar you have asked for the properties on yes?
Neil RussellTechnical Development Lead

Is this what your doing?

no this is my calendar and i am working on my calender only.

Did you get this when you clicked on "Share MY Calendar" ? I have seen this only a few times and found that if you  share it from OWA it works fine. give it a try

yes I am able to see the option share the calender but when i click on that it gives me this permission error.

Are you running in cached mode?  If you are, trying turning off cached mode in your account settings.

Is your data file stored online, or is in on the local drive? I don't believe it's possible to share a local data file to others on the network.

Do others have the ability to share their calendars with you?  If there are multiple users with this same issue, it may be related to mailbox permissions set by the administrator of the Exchange box.
