What version of Outlook? What version of Exchange? Can you paste a screen shot of the error?
Some information would help us.

It looks to me as if you are trying to share a calendar that is not yours. This is the nishit dani calendar you have asked for the properties on yes?

Did you get this when you clicked on "Share MY Calendar" ? I have seen this only a few times and found that if you  share it from OWA it works fine. give it a try

It looks like you're trying to change permissions, not share the calendar.  The problem may be with the way your permissions are set on your mailbox on the server itself.

If you were sharing the calendar, you should see something that looks like a message, to send/invite to the person(s) you want to share the calendar with.

Do you get the 'share' option in the fly-out menu, when you right-click on the calendar?

Are you running in cached mode?  If you are, trying turning off cached mode in your account settings.

Is your data file stored online, or is in on the local drive? I don't believe it's possible to share a local data file to others on the network.

Do others have the ability to share their calendars with you?  If there are multiple users with this same issue, it may be related to mailbox permissions set by the administrator of the Exchange box.
