How can I adjust how often it checks for email.<br />
I notice sometimes I get the email right away. Sometimes its 10 mins or longer. Its almost like my folders or screen doesn't refresh. I have two email accounts and sometimes I have to navigate out of a folder (inbox) and back in for it to update or pull the new mail.<br />

I want instant if mail comes in at 1:30pm I want to see it in my outlook at 1:30 pm not 10 mins or longer.
