meeting, the email goes out to the attendies, but after accepting, does not show in the calendar.

Create another Calendar under mailbox.
Move all the appoitments
Download MFCMAPI from http://mfcmapi.codeplex.com
Put the outlook in online mode and close the outlook
Now run the MFCMAPI
Click on session and select logon and display store table
Double click the mailbox. It will open a new window
Now expand root container
Expand Top of information store
Right click the calendar and selct delete folder
Now click on start menu. Go to Run and type in " outlook /resetfolders" without quotes
This will create a blank mailbox calendar
Now move all the appointments to this calendar
Delete the other calendar manually created for backup

Hope this helps
Are you using a Blackberry or any handheld device and syncing calendar???
ITRex1Author Commented:
no, no handheld sync and it only affects a single account
It seems like the Calendar might have gone corrupt. Whats the version of Outlook so that i can provide you correct steps to delete the default Calendar after taking proper backup
ITRex1Author Commented:
It is Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 ( all the latest SP and Roll up's)
