Put the CD in and install it.  Once you are done, install the FP 3 rollup.

Not much else to it.

Will you be completely replacing the current server?  If not, you will need to know where your data store is, and where your license server is.

For a new server, you can use a completely new Farm and install with SQL Express data store and put the license server on the new install.

Do you have the requirement analysis to install XenApp 5?
The if you meet the requirement analysis, please check whether your OS is updated with all the patches and is added to the Domain?
Then install the terminal server first
Then install the citrix xenapp 5 on the server (Hope you know how to install)
Once you complete the installation, install the Rollup packs in the order..
i think the below URL will give you sufficient screenshot of the installation and administration

You should have the Access Management Console or Delivery Services Console (both are the same thing just different names depending on the updates installed).

No, there is a specific update not to install.  My article series tells which update not to install.

Did you follow my steps exactly?  They show exactly how to publish an application and access it from the web interface site.

OK i got most of it done. One last thing that I am having problems with

When I go to publish the website it defaults to http://citrix-server.xxx.local/Citrix/XenApp/

since our domain .local is not resolved on the wan how do I change this.
