my hosting does not allow to create objects, is there any other way?

not sure how iFrame might help cause it still wont allow the createObject to work

Why not just describe the function to replicate and re write it in coldfusion?

I'd agree with @Jones911.  If your host has those kind of restrictions (and you can't even run php pages) the simplest option is to rewrite the function in your current language.
