I have a TYAN S8212 (S8212WGM3NR) board with BIOS ver 1.04.  I cannot install Web Server 2008 R2.   Tyan website says this windows version is compatible with this board.  The installation fails when it attempts restart with an error - kernel not found.

I have tried many BIOS settings with no help.   I assume there may be a 32 driver on baord somewhere that I cannot find.  Anyone with any ideas to help ??

System:
 TYAN S8212 (S8212WGM3NR)
500 Gb and 2 TB WD RE4 SATA Drives
 TDK DVD Drive IDE
 16Gb Memory
Dual Port PCI Intel NIC card
