Unable to change the size of a TableLayoutPanel Visual Studio C#

Hello,

Tried changing the settings under properties - the value of the Size resets back to it's original value.

Must be an associated setting somewhere?

Maybe the panel is docked? Check the value of the Dock property, if it contains "Fill" value then you can't change panel's size, as it will resize to its container size.
