My Exchange 2010 box is not sending external NDRs Help!

As subject really we only accept messages up to 12000KBs but since migrating to 2010 externals have stopped getting bounce messages.

I have checked they are not being stopped by our spam filter.

Where are the settings for NDRs in Ex2010 I can't find them anywhere?

Which bit of get-transportconfig tells me if it is set to send an NDR?

That is exactly what mine shows. Which code is for oversized attachment?

If that is set correctly something else must be screwing up the NDRs.

I noticed that the external postmaster address was empty so I have filled that in and restarted the Exchange service host. Externals now get NDRs.

I ran the cammand above it returned true.
