Hey there, I have recently set up a SBS2008 with users groups and emails, only to find that I need to reloade this into a Hyper-V environment.

Is there an easy way to migrate this active directory/server configuration so I can import into another configuration?

Thank you

The Disk2VHD tool from Microsoft (Sysinternals) is free and seems to work pretty well, even when Windows is RUNNING.  Can't say I've done a migration with it, but logically, it should work.  Otherwise, there are tools that can help you - most are expensive.  DoubleTake, NeverFail, ShadowProtect, Acronis True Image with Universal Restore.

By the way, OEM licenses cannot be virtualized.
