Header not repeating in Report - SSRS

I am using SSRS. I have a report, header is not repeating in every page. I have attached the report and the header properties.

Please help.

Yea ... kind of a bad joke that MS played on everyone ... The place that you're trying to select it (which makes perfect sense) does not work
 

1. In the grouping pane, make sure to turn on advanced mode (click on the small black down arrow on the far right of the grouping pane)
2. Select the corresponding (Static) item in the row group hierarchy
3. In the properties grid, set RepeatOnNewPage to true
