Auto Refresh Internet Explorer 8 Window or Tab

Hi all,

Does anybody know of a good way to auto refresh an Internet Explorer window/tab?
The reason why I need this tool is because the site that I need to have opened all day has a very short Time-to-Live value. Often I would come back to the page and start filling in forms only to find out that the session had already expired when I submit it.

I've found a few IE plug-ins that offer refreshing the page at given interval but the problem with those were that it would refresh the page even when I am actively on the page - clearing any changes I may have been making (forms fill in, etc).

Although I don't have a need for this often, I have used the following site:  http://www.autopagereboot.com/
The unique part about this is you get a bright orange bar across the top that counts down the reload time (default 30 seconds).  Here is where you may find it useful....the countdown in the top right of the screen (very right of the orange bar) is your count down clock.  Click on it and it pauses the countdown allowing you to complete your form.  Change your mind about filling out the form now?  Click it again to continue the countdown.
