Cannot recall message Outlook 2010\Exchange 2003

Hello,

We have users who can send email as themselves as well as a mail enabled distribution group. They can recall messages when sent as themselves but the option is greyed out when trying to recall a message sent as the group.

They swear they were able to previously ( I have to take their word). Any thoughts of where I can begin looking to correct this issue? I checked with another set of users and they too are having the same issue.

Thanks
Brian

I received information from a  Microsoft moderator via TechNet that this is a known bug in Outlook 2010 and is being investigated.
