Hi All,

I have a customer who is having an issue with outlook contacts notes -

A strange symbol is displayed after each line of text.

Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Please not that the customer has over 5000 contacts with the same issue.

Hi, evandoc.

The symbol is a paragraph marker showing the end of a paragraph.  To turn it off

1.  Open a contact.
2.  Click the Office button and select Editor Options
3.  Select Display
4.  Uncheck the box next to "Paragraph marks"

Hi BlueDevilFan,

Thanks for the quick response. Just before I contact the customer to log onto his PC - will this change all of his contacts or just the one that I have opened?
