I have installed a software product onto a citrix XenApp server. Also installed is the on-line plugin. The application has published correctly and is available to run. However an error of "fails to start" contact administrator is popped up.
I am using a W2003 Server and XP client PC.
PS I did delete the License000 entry in the registry as suggested to deal with a licensing issue.
