citrix. a published application will not run

I have installed a software product onto a citrix XenApp server. Also installed is the on-line plugin. The application has published correctly and is available to run. However an error of "fails to start" contact administrator is popped up.

I am using a W2003 Server and XP client PC.

PS I did delete the License000 entry in the registry as suggested to deal with a licensing issue.

1. Is the application load balanced?
2. Did you check on the another server?
3. Is it only you affected by this problem? If it's working for other users, please check citrix client.

Fantastic,

The article you pointed me towards has done the trick. I can now run the app concurrently on numerous workstations.
