I just tried Ctrl+shift D and it doesn't dial the number.<br />
<br />
In anycase, I think its going to need an expert who's clever at writing scripts, because there is more than one step involved. <br />
<br />
Therefore, if there are any experts out there that can help compile a script to dial the telephone for a contact in Outlook I would be very grateful.<br />
