Need Excel formula for calculating Daily Avg

I have an excel with some data attached here.
I want to calculate the Daily average calls and daily average call duration per day for each Name as in file.

H2:    =IF(F2=0,0,D2/F2)
I2:     =IF(F2=0,0,E2/D2)

And copy down

Should I Copy the formula as I dont have F2 and D2 and H2.
can you attach the file so that I can have it.
