Of course you can use any video camera(s) you desire right up to broadcast standard. It merely is a matter of budget. If you use 2 x cameras you will need a video switcher -- and you have to give consideration to audio; are you going to have a commentator?  From either the switcher or camera you will need to go into a wireless laptop and employ live streaming software.

It is just a local amature game, so I have no budget and I am doing it for free for the lads, who are in a final.

I understand the camera bit, but:

how do you connect the camer to the laptop?
what is the best streaming software?
Are there any websites that will do the streaming for me?
Are there any websites that provide all of this functionality?

Thanks,
Robert

There are lots of live streaming video services.  Here's one from Stickam:

You connect a webcam via the USB connection -- You can alsot do this with good quality video cameras with the necessary software -- and, as I've stated, you need to have a wireless ISP account with a transmission speed (broadband) that will stream live video.
You, of course, have to have your own website to stream the media to.
