BESX - Calender requests
I have set up a Exchange 2007 server for a client with BESX running on a different server.
I activated the device just fine and everything is working great except for the fact that meeting/calendar request on the bb device is displayed as a normal e-mail and you cannot accept or decline meeting invitations.
Can anybody assist, as my client is getting pretty fed up.
Any help will be appreciated....

Also ensure that you've got the correct version of cdo.dll registered in the windows\system32 folder. If it's not there then make sure you've applied the MAPICDO package from microsoft. You'll need to reboot after installing the package.

I have noticed that the CDOsys.dll files on the Exchange server and BESX server are not the same.
Exchange: version 6.6.6001.1800
BESX server: version 6.2.4.0
Can I just copy the file from the exchange server onto the BESX server and register it? If not, how would i go about getting the latest version as I have downloaded and installed MAPICDO package and still no joy.

Do you know if this will work? As the link provided does not give me the correct version.

what besX version are you using ?
yes you can just copy it over from your exchange server (into windows\system32) and just register it.

I do that but it reverts back to the old version. Im usijnhg the latest version of BESX.

ASKER
No, office in not installed on the machine. It`s a standard XP installation with BESX on it only.
