How can I export outlook categories of one user from one computer to another user's computer?

I need to copy(export) all the categories that one user uses to another user's computer?
How would I do that?

Do you think there is a vba way to do this? So i can run it on first users computer to collect the category namen notepad, excel, etc. then I run it again to create those fields for the second computer (this might be a different macro).
