I have a group of users who use Salesforce as their CRM/Order Entry tool. Some of them see the .GIF image on the home screen while others don't. I have cleaned the temp files in I.E., made sure &quot;Show Pictures is checked&quot;, changed the security settings to Default and allowed scripts to run. All to no avail. I'm at a loss to find any difference between the machine settings. I have logged in on my own machine as an admin and used I.E. 7, 8, 8 in compatibility mode, and Chrome and I'm still unable to see the GIF. I'm hoping someone has an answer.
