FILE REDIRECTION IN WINDOW 7

I have win 2003 r2 server with file direction and having documents point to user home directory put does not work infor new window 7 client I installed.
Replaced the "Outlook" Zone with the "Active Directory", "Windows 2003 Server" and "Windows 7" Zones.
