Pros and Cons to using "Firewall Client for ISA server"

Does anyone have a list of Pros and Cons to using Firewall Client for ISA server? Relying on experience of someone who has deployed it in a networked Environment, via GP or manual installation.

We currently have ISA Server 2006 on WS2003R2 as our proxy server and plan to use the Firewall Client for ISA server to allow certain workstations or clients access to websites that the rest of the organization would not have access to.

Our workstations are all XP with the latest Service Packs and patches. We have Mcafee HIPS running on workstations so it would be interesting to know if there are any confiicts with this software. We are ineterested in a listing of the Good as well as the bad.

I did a search on EE and Google and found some good information on the Firewall Client for ISA server but I am interested in gathering as much information on the topic as possible.

We were looking for pros and cons for the Microsoft Client Firewall. We wanted to specifically look at the firewall client to see if there were any GPO issues or conflicts with other software. Like can you run the Web proxy and the Microsoft client firewall on the same computer with no conflicts?
