Best Email List Organizer

Hello,

I have a site: www.thepersonaldevelopmentfoundation.com

which I"m going to have several ways to gather email addresses (opt-ins)

What's the best free email organizer?

I've heard of mail chimp and constant connection, but I think they cost money.

Sometimes it will just be a name and email, then I'll collect their phone numbers, mailing address, and comments

I need to send out emails to different groups/classes each month, including a newsletter.

I need something nice, and if I have to pay a little, that's OK. But let's start with free.

I have tried many and found that the best one is called eAnnouncer
http://www.email-announcer.com/

The problem I use to run into with free mailers is that a lot of mail would get blocked by spam detectors. The way eAnnoncer works is it's an add-in for MS Outlook. The beauty of it is that it sends one email at a time from outlook, so mail servers see them as all legit.

It cost onetime $49 or $99 depending on how many emails you want to send. I bought the $99 for unlimited. You can setup as many mail lists as you like. Easy to configure using excel or text based CSV files.
