Exchange Server Error

Hi, I resently installed echange server 2010 on my hyper-v machine. The installation completed with no errors at all untill i opened the exchange mmc.

I keep being greeted with this error outlines in my screen shot.

Check this link and see if its an issue with time sync.

Try disable timesync of virtual machine. The time os VM are in conflit with VMHost

Go to IIS and check powershell virtual directory make sure there is no SSL enabled on this.
IIS > DWS > Powershell > SSL settings > unckec rquire ssl

also check for Kerbauth and WSMAN modules as mentioned in above EHLO article.
