I have an odd problem I get users that tell me they get the &quot;there is no citrix xenapp server configured on the address&quot; error message, yet when I get that from people I have people that are logged on and working just fine. &nbsp;Could this be the result of restrictions on the network they are on when they are trying to access the server?

I have an odd problem I get users that tell me they get the "there is no citrix xenapp server configured on the address" error message, yet when I get that from people I have people that are logged on and working just fine.  Could this be the result of restrictions on the network they are on when they are trying to access the server?
