I have an odd problem I get users that tell me they get the "there is no citrix xenapp server configured on the address" error message, yet when I get that from people I have people that are logged on and working just fine.  Could this be the result of restrictions on the network they are on when they are trying to access the server?

Check the ICA listener on your XenApp servers. If a XenApp server has multiple NICs, XenApp will register all of those NICs as available for connections. Those other NICs might not be appropriate. This might cause users to be able to connect some times and not others. If you reconfigure the ICA listener, restart the Citrix services.
