Thanks. I look at these solutions before but they do not mention this particular error. I tried rename the confiuration folder and restarting Dreamweaver but I got exactly the same message.

anyways I copied it into the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\configuration\Commands<wbr /> and all is now well!<br />

When I try to access the commands Menu I receive an error saying that it cannot find the displayHelp.js file. in the configurations/commands folder. I am totally unable to find this file. I ave tried removing the wincache file but still the same error.<br />
