Dell PowerConnect 5012 Continuous Boot

Hello Experts,

I have a Dell PowerConnect 5012 that I bought off eBay that is in a continuous boot loop. After connecting the RS-232 port to a COM Port on a PC I was able to remove the password but once it restarted it just goes into a boot loop. Any ideas on how to get to the main menu?

this is a power supply issue. swap it out or put a new one in & this will fix your issue
