sharepoint application template

I have Sharepoint server 2010 with project server 2010 installed.

I'm trying to create a site using the "AbsenceVactionSchedule.wsp" application template provided by Micrsoft.

If I try to create the site through the Central Administration site, I get the following error:

The field with Id {46b00cd2-bc51-45d8-87e1-68f1be35275f} defined in feature {75a0fea7-cd50-401e-af0e-782f3662a299} was found in the current site collection or in a subsite.

Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft SharePoint Foundation.

If I try to create the site  through my user web application site, Iget this error:

Error
An unexpected error has occurred.

I've install the application template core solution and the application template. I just can't create a site usiing this application template.
