Hi all

We have Office 2007 streamed onto Windows 2003 Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 servers and all was going well.

That was until we streamed the server operating system using Citrix Provisioning Services.

Now when we launch any of the Office applications we get the following error appear:

---------------------------
Citrix offline plug-in Error

An error occurred while importing the registry settings for your application.

With the following events logged:

I have enabled debugging on the offline plug-in and get the following:

The profile location is  \\server\StreamedApplications\Microsoft_Office_2007\Microsoft_Office_2007.profileRadeObj.exe is online

We only get this when the application is launched from the provisioned servers and the non-provisioned servers are still fine.

I have checked the permissions on the Ctx_StreamingSvc account and they are correct (as per CTX116483) and have also seen CTX126043, but that is only relevant for "XenApp 6.0 for Windows Server 2008 R2"... plus I have assumed that it does not apply as the non-provisioned servers are still fine.

Any help greatly appreciated :)
