Radio Buttons Loosing state in Modal Popup

Hi There

I am using radio buttons in a modal popup.If I set the radio buttons to checked=true then when I post it the codes reads it correctly.But If I take out the checked property and thenI check the radio buttons the code does not pick them up as checked.

I did a little test and it showed no problems, can you post the page markup and codebehind?
