SSAS Date Hierarchy

Hello Experts,
I have created a hierarchy on my DimDate dimension. SSAS automatically created
an attribute relationship diagram. But when I try to modify this
attribute relationship diagram and process the dimension I get an error:

"DimensionAttribute [DimDate].[Date] : The attribute is not related (directly or indirectly) to the 'Date ID' key attribute."

When I try to apply the opposite direction of the arrows
( I mean DateID-->Date-->WeekOfYear-->Month-->Year) then I get the
following error:

"Errors in the OLAP storage engine: A duplicate attribute key has been found when processing: Table: 'dbo_DimDate', Column: 'Month', Value: '09'. The attribute is 'Month'. "


What's wrong? Please Help
