Goldmine 6.5

We have an issue with Goldmine 6.5. After doing Windows updates the email client in Goldmine where you should see the text of the email is black and if you double click on the email it comes up black. If you open it using the browser button you can see it, but can't reply.

Thoughts. Next month we are moving the data to SalesForce, but for the time being I need to fix this.

You have installed IE8 , GoldMine 6.5 is not compatible with IE8 or IE7
Go to your add remove programs and remove IE8/IE7 and then reboot
If you continue to use GoldMine 6.5 you will need to turn off the IE update.
