Visual Studio Toolbox Empty

Hello,

I have Visual Studio 2010.  I attempted to add the ASP.NET Ajax items to the Toolbox and the result was a completely empty Toolbox.  I ran the "Reset Toolbox" option, but the Toolbox is still empty.

How do I add the default items back to the Toolbox?

Found it: there is a "Show All" option available.  Click that and all Toolbox items return.
