When you get this message, what exactly does it mean?

The server principal is not able to access the database "LiteTrack" under the current security context.

what are you doing?  this problem is usually seen when an account didn’t have enough rights to a database, often when a trigger or stored procedure was created with the EXECUTE AS clause.   Basically either the account/principal you logged in as or the one it is trying to EXECUTE AS has not been granted access to your LiteTrack database.  You can look up more info under ownership chaining:

the account did not have access to the database, you as mentioned.. thanks for the clue that helped save time.
