Using Iframe to get content from within a div

I'm not sure if this is even possible, but I wanted to ask all of you.

I am using an open source CRM called CiviCRM for a PAC that I am working on.  I created the PAC website using Wordpress as I am more familiar with it than the other CMS systems.  The problem is that my CRM only integrates into Joomla or Drupal.  I set up a Joomla install behind the Wordpress directory (installed in root) to handle ONLY the contribution page and CRM administration, other than that it will not be used for anything.

On the Joomla build I created a simple contribution site using my CRM.  The problem I am running into comes when I try to IFrame that page into Wordpress.  As would be obvious, the IFrame carries over the entire page, including the Joomla template.

Here are my questions:

1)  Is there a way to IFrame content only found within the div id that wraps around all of the crm data.  "div id=crm-container"

2)  If this is not possible.  Does anyone know of a Joomla template that removes all menus, footers etc...and only leaves the content window?

Thanks for the help!

Using FireBug (in FireFox) or the IE Developer Toolbar (in Internet Explorer) I would identify all of the elements on the Joomla page you want to hide (by their DIV IDs and such).  Then in the CSS on the Joomla template, hide the elements like so:

#elementname
{
display: none !important;
}
