3ds MAx 2009 Script - Mirror Vertex Selection

Hi,

I'm looking for a Max Script that will mirror the vertex/edge/poly selection in the current active poly select modifier.

The mirror should happen about the X axis, supposing the 3D model is symmetrical and centered on the X=0 point of the stage.
