Dear Experts

i have installed windows 2008 R2 server hosted on it exchange 2010 SP1 services (HUB+CAS)  we have faced some normal problems in our exchange services and try to start and fix it (normal) then we restart the OS after restart the system is halted and stop everytime i restart i try to checkdesk and check the bad sectors if there but no problems is found

i try to start the system with safe mode it stopped and restart at CLASSPNP.SYS

anybody can help me what i can do if there any command help to resolve this issue or is there anyway to reinstall the OS with the same configuration and settings coz you know the exchange may be encouterd error or problems if i reinstall it again .

Have you tried booting into Recovery Mode from the Windows DVD?

You could try this command once in recovery mode rename c:\windows\system32\drivers\classpnp.sys classpnp.old

It should allow you at least into safemode.

it sounds as if the install dvd is not recognizing the os installed.

have you performed hardware diagnostics?  what hardware platform are you on?

Once you select the language you want to install the next screen should have a 'Repair your computer' option in the bottom left corner. From there you should be able to select your installation and go into a command prompt
