Hi can anyone recommend a Calendar sync tool that they have used to sync between a calendar in an Exchange 2003 public folder and Google apps.
I have found the following link but they appear to only sync a user’s personal Outlook Calendar.

Many thanks

I don't use Google apps, but this looks like what you require:

Hi Tony1044
The problem with this is that to implement Googles own sync tool you have to migrate you Exchange system over to Google apps changing DNS MX records etc .
At this time I just need to sync the Calendar.
Thanks

Ah sorry - I didn't realise it'd want full control.

Found this:

Seems to be about as good as it gets?

This one only syncs to Outlooks default calendar so I would need another tool to sync the public calendar with the default local one.
I don’t know if you have ever setup the Blackberry desktop manager but it can sync the Blackberry with both local and Exchange folders. I was hoping that the same functionality existed in a 3rd party product that someone could recommend.

According to a colleague, this can sync multiple calendars but it costs:

Not expensive though - US$15 a user.

Gotta say btw - this is pretty poor showing of a company trying to push people to the cloud.

On a personal note, it is one more reason I wouldn't use Google for my hosted apps.

Sorry for the off-topic notes there.

Nice one Tony1044:  Indeed it lets me select a Calendar in a public folder.
 That’s great thanks again you’re a star.
