OCS 2007 R2 Standard Edition Wont install

Just trying to install a new setup of OCS 2007 R2 Standard and it seems to fail (with no errors) when trying to actually install the app. It prompts for the 'Windows Media Runtime' install then does nothing. Any ideas on how to get round this?

what type of windows server are you using?

Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Virtualized.
