Virtual DVD player for ISO file

I have a .iso file with MS SQL Server 2008. But I want to avoid to burn it on DVD, because it is very large (4 gig). Can I use a tool to run this ISO file as if it where a DVD player?

There are utilities that you can use such as MagicISO and UltraISO

... I should have added that these will either let you read the ISO directly - as though it were a CD/DVD or can extract the files from the ISO to a folder on disk...
