No free/busy information could be retrieved on Public Folder calendar

We have a public folder calendar for a shared room (Plannin Room). All users are able to access and modify the public folder calendar through outlook/public folders, but are not able to see the Planning Room schedule when they invite this mail enabled calendar (Plannin Room) to a meeting... we see "No free/busy information could be retrieved"
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2.
Any assistance will be greatly appriciated.
