Hi,

I just need a straight forward/best practice config guide to setup VOIP QoS for inside traffic and prioritize VOIP packets as they leave the outside interface.

It's for an ASA 5505 and 5510.

You would likely use priority queuing to push the voice traffic out first. Take a look at http://blog.ine.com/tag/mpf/. This is a fairly comprehensive guide and example for the various voip data and signalling types of traffic.
