Cannot access web interface for Citrix presentation server 4.5
We just recently lost our internet line. We have a backup line that we put in place.
We just finished configuring to get mail and internet working.
We now have a problem with Citrix web access.
To connect to Citrix we would go to RA.domainName.com
DNS was set to resolve RA.domainname.com to the external address of our citrix server.
The external address is now different.
We added a DNS record called "citrix.domainname.com"
DNS seems to have updated. but when i do not get the web interface of ny server, it just times out.
On my local area network it is working.
I think i made all the appropriate changes on our sonicwall firewall, I cannot think of what else needs to be changed.
Any help is appreciated.
