restrict address bar(url) user can not change it once write it

I will open a web page as popup window in which I will take feedback form tha only username (Textbox) and comments((TextBox) but it will just come when user write on addressbar(by URL) and we restrict them(user) dont change the address of that page until fill the form or close it.

you can hide the address bar instead of restricting entry (don't know whether we can do that)

How I will use on the page(a.aspx) and will call another(b.aspx) page and url will hide.

yep from a.aspx page you can invoke this script by passing the url of the second page(b.aspx).
