Emails Bouncing

HI

I am having a few issues sending emails to clients,this dsnt happen with every email so finding it hard to find a fault at my end. So I guess I am posting on here to make sure the issue is at the other end.

I have an exchange server 2003 email is sent via my isp's smtp server.

When an email is sent I get the following info in the message that bounces back

Looks as though you may have made it onto a blacklist - the last part in the transcript is a clue :

:Client host 195.92.193.207 blocked using Wed 2010-09-15 11:44:11: <-- 550-88.blocklist.zap; Mail from IP banned

There is an email address to request removal :

it appears your ISP has an issue with being on a block list with Microsoft

The server you are sending out from "smtp.dslgb.com" is blacklisted with some spam listing service. I presume this is your ISP's outgoing mail server so I would contact them with this transcript so they can get their IP removed from the blacklist.
